InCadre is organized by skill set and role, not by level. We have two roles for employees to work in:
Industry Advisors — Advisors have industry-specific knowledge and several years of related experience. Advisors will focus on clients in their industry segment, and help to grow InCadre within that industry segment. Our Advisors will also apply their skills and experience to our Training Offerings.
Managers — Managers have skills and experience in areas that transcend industry segments. Managers will apply their skills and experience to all of our client engagements across industry segments.

InCadre employees earn a fixed salary and bonuses based upon their performance on client engagements. For their entrepreneurial contributions, employees are also entitled to a share of the company's profits through the Company's Profit Sharing Model (PSM).
